Our machinery documentation includes Machinery Directive attestations issued by UDEM International Certification (Ankara, Turkey) for our thermoforming machines and our plastic extruders. Both documents are prepared against the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive, Annex VIII, and reference the European harmonised standards applied to each machine family.
Certificates on file

Both documents state that the technical file of the company named on the certificate has been inspected and audited, with the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive taken as the reference for the process. They are attestations covering the technical file of the listed machine families — not a certificate of any single production output.
What the certificates cover
| Document / reference | Equipment covered | Standards referenced |
|---|---|---|
| Machinery Directive attestation — Thermoforming machine 2006/42/EC — Annex VIII |
Cup making machines, three-station thermoformers and vacuum forming machines for PP, PS, PET and HIPS sheet | EN ISO 12100:2010 EN 60204-1:2018 EN 12409:2008+A1:2011 |
| Machinery Directive attestation — Plastic extruder 2006/42/EC — Annex VIII |
PP/PS/PET sheet extrusion lines, including single-screw, co-extrusion and metering-pump configurations | EN ISO 12100:2010 EN 60204-1:2018+A1:2025 |
The certificates list specific machine model families. Before ordering, we confirm in writing whether your exact model and configuration falls inside the certified scope, or which documentation set applies to it.
How buyers use these documents
- Attached to quotations and shipping documents for import clearance.
- Included in tender and supplier-qualification files that require machinery safety documentation.
- Checked against the machine nameplate and delivered specification during pre-shipment inspection.
- Kept with the machine manual so the file stays complete on your production floor.
Request the current documents
Send us the machine model or the product you intend to produce, and we will return the current documentation set for that machine together with the quotation. If you need the documents for a customs or tender file, tell us the format required.
Need the certificate documents for your purchasing file?
Send your machine model and destination port — we reply with the matching documents and a factory-direct quotation.
Frequently asked questions
Which machines are covered by these certificates?
Two machinery families: thermoforming machines (cup making machines, three-station thermoformers and vacuum forming machines) and plastic extruders used for PP, PS and PET sheet production.
Which standards are referenced?
The thermoforming attestation references EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 60204-1:2018 and EN 12409:2008+A1:2011. The extruder attestation references EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018+A1:2025.
Are these certificates product certificates or company certificates?
They are Machinery Directive attestations issued after the technical file of the listed machine families was inspected and audited. They are not a batch or unit test report, and they are not an ISO company certificate.
Will my specific machine be covered?
The certificates list model families, not every individual configuration. Send us your model, forming area or sheet width, and we confirm in writing whether it falls inside the certified scope before you order.
Is CE marking applied to the machine?
CE documentation is available for the machine families listed above. The marking and documentation supplied with your order are confirmed against your final machine specification in the order documents.
