How a VihoX machine leaves our factory: wrapped in waterproof sheeting and stretch film, cased where needed, lashed inside the container, and photographed with the container number before the doors are closed. This page covers the whole process — packing standard, container loading, in-container securing, the documents you receive, and what fits in a 40HQ.

Packing standard: three layers before the container

Machines are packed at the loading yard, not rushed through a warehouse. Every unit goes through the same three layers:

  • Waterproof sheeting — the machine is sheeted against rain and humidity while it is standing outside and while it is being lifted.
  • Stretch film — wrapped tight over the sheeting so nothing shifts, and so panel edges and controls stay protected through sea transit.
  • Wooden cases and steel bases — loose parts, tooling and accessories travel in wooden cases; larger units are carried on steel bases for forklift and crane handling.

Spare parts travel with their own machine. We pack spares separately and stow them inside the main machine, so nothing arrives separated from the unit it was ordered for.

Container loading in our own yard

The container is delivered to the yard where the machine was built and test-run. Loading is done by forklift or crane, with the load positioned for weight distribution before anything is lashed down.

In-container securing and lashing

A wrapped machine is not a secured machine. Every unit is lashed with heavy-duty ratchet straps anchored to the container structure, and braced where a tall or wide unit needs it — so the load cannot move fore and aft or slide sideways in heavy weather.

What fits in a container

We load into 40GP and 40HQ containers. As a working reference, a 40HQ takes one plastic cup making machine plus one sheet extrusion line; other machine mixes are planned per order.

Container Typical VihoX load Notes
40HQ (40 ft high cube) One plastic cup making machine + one sheet extrusion line Working reference — the load plan is confirmed against your machine list
40GP (40 ft standard) Available for smaller machine mixes We confirm what fits before you commit
LCL (less than container load) Consolidation for a single machine or a small order Used when a full container is not economic

For scale: a 40 ft high-cube container carries roughly 76 m³ of internal volume and up to about 28.7 t of payload, according to the container markings. Your load plan and shipping weight are confirmed with the order.

What you receive after loading

Loading is documented, not just done. Each shipment leaves with:

  • Packing list
  • Shipping documents, including the bill of lading
  • Loading photos — from the yard, the container and the securing step
  • Loading video — the actual handling of your machine
  • The container number

Bolt seals are fitted and photographed on the container doors before the doors are closed, so the seal you see in the evidence is the seal that travels with your cargo.

Inspection, supervision and LCL

Because machines are loaded at our own yard, we can schedule loading around your inspection:

  • Pre-shipment inspection — you or a third-party inspection company are welcome to inspect the machine before it is loaded; we load after the inspection is completed.
  • On-site loading supervision — attend the loading yourself, or send a representative; we also supervise and document every load.
  • LCL consolidation — available when a full container is not the right fit for your order.

Loading ports

We load out of Shenzhen Yantian, Shekou and Nansha. The port, sailing schedule and cut-off dates are confirmed against your order, and we keep you updated from loading through departure.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the packing?

Waterproof sheeting, stretch film, and wooden cases for parts and accessories; larger machines are carried on steel bases. Spare parts are packed separately and stowed inside the main machine.

How many machines fit in a 40HQ container?

As a working reference, one plastic cup making machine plus one sheet extrusion line. Tell us your machine list and we will confirm the load plan and any spare capacity before you commit.

Do you provide loading photos and video?

Yes. You receive the packing list, shipping documents including the bill of lading, loading photos, loading video and the container number. Bolt seals are photographed on the container doors as well.

Can we inspect the machine before it is loaded into the container?

Yes. You or a third-party inspection company can inspect the machine before loading, and we load after the inspection is completed. On-site loading supervision is also available.

Which ports do you ship from?

Shenzhen Yantian, Shekou and Nansha. If a full container is not economic for your order, LCL consolidation is available.

Send us your machine list and destination port — we will come back with the load plan, the container type and the shipping schedule.
