Six things decide the machine specification. Send them in your opening message and your first reply is a proposal, not a list of questions.
- The product you want to make — cups, lids, containers, trays or another thermoformed part.
- Target output — pieces per hour, or pieces per shift.
- Material — PP, PS or PET.
- Product size — diameter, depth and wall thickness, or simply send the drawing.
- Your company information — who you are and what your business does, so we route you to the right person.
- Whether you are starting out or expanding — a first machine for a new business, or extra capacity on an existing line.
Drawings, photos and even a paper sample are welcome. Send whatever you already have — we work from real parts, not descriptions.

Can you check my product drawing or mould before I commit?
Yes. Send the drawing, or a sample part if you have one, and our team reviews the mould and machine configuration before any order is placed.
