How the Plastic Cup Thermoforming Process Works

The machine completes automatic sheet feeding, heating, thermoforming, cutting and stacking to produce finished disposable plastic cups.

1. Plastic Sheet Feeding

The PP, PET, PS or PLA sheet roll is automatically fed into the machine.

2. Heating

The plastic sheet is heated evenly before forming.

3. Thermoforming

The heated sheet is formed into cup shapes by the mold.

4. In-Mold Cutting

The formed cups are cut from the sheet by the cutting system.

5. Cup Stacking
