Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are the source factory. You can visit our workshops in person or by video call, and every machine is tested running before shipment.

What materials can your machines process?

Our cup making and vacuum forming machines process PP, PS, PET and PLA sheet from 0.3 to 2.0 mm; our extrusion lines produce PP/PS/PET rolls for thermoforming.

Can you customize the machine for our local voltage?

Yes. Motors, heaters and PLC programs are customized for your local voltage and frequency — for example 380V/60Hz, 220V/50Hz or 415V/50Hz — before shipment.

Can you make molds for our own product design?

Yes. Send your product sample or drawing and our mold workshop will design, manufacture and trial-form the mold, then send samples for your approval.

How do you test the machine before shipment?

Each machine runs a full test with your material or a similar one. We record a test video for your approval, and you can also inspect the machine live by video call.

Do you provide installation and operator training?

Yes. We can send an engineer to your factory for installation, commissioning and operator training, or provide full remote video guidance if travel is not required.

What about spare parts and after-sales service?

We supply a full spare parts package with the machine, keep lifetime technical support, and our engineers answer by WhatsApp or video call whenever you need help.

What are your payment and delivery terms?

Standard terms are T/T with a deposit and balance before shipment, and EXW/FOB/CIF delivery as you prefer. Typical production lead time is 15–30 working days.
