Complete Plastic Cup Production Line for a Beverage Plant in Nigeria
Project Background
A fast-growing beverage manufacturer in Lagos was buying disposable cups from local traders at rising prices. They decided to produce their own cups in-house and needed a turnkey line from sheet to finished cups, including molds, a mixer and a crusher for edge-material recycling. After comparing suppliers, they chose us as the source factory for the whole line.

Results on Site
- 01Stable output of 25,000–30,000 cups per hour on a three-shift schedule.
- 02Waste edge material is crushed and re-extruded, cutting raw material cost by about 12%.
- 03Our engineer completed on-site installation, operator training and mold changes within 15 working days.
- 04Cup diameter and depth changes are handled in-house with the matched molds we supplied.
