Product Category: Auxiliary Equipment
Higher forming speeds produce more cups per minute, and a stacker that cannot absorb that flow quickly becomes the constraint on the whole line. The VihoX high-speed cup stacker exists for that reason: it is specified for the VihoX-750 and VihoX-850 cup machines and passes the output through a wider frame with more channels and a more powerful drive.
Two changes lift the throughput. Drive power rises to about 2.2 kW, which sustains the higher belt speed without stalling when the belt is fully loaded with cups. The frame is also widened to roughly 1650 mm so it can carry thirteen to sixteen channels instead of ten to thirteen. Everything else follows the same principle as the standard stacker: mechanical guide fins align the cups without compressed air, and an inverter matches stacker speed to the forming cycle.
Channel count and stacking structure are checked against the cup you actually produce. A tall narrow drinking cup and a shallow wide tub behave differently in the aligning section, so diameter, mouth wall thickness and the finished stack you want are reviewed before the machine is built. Matching forming speed is confirmed by configuration in the same way, rather than quoted as a single blanket figure that would not hold across different products.
In service this unit sits between a servo take-out robot and a counting and packing machine. The robot places cups onto the stacker, the stacker builds the columns, and the packing machine wraps and seals them. On a 750 or 850 line that arrangement removes essentially all manual cup handling, and it is the layout we recommend once output exceeds what a standard stacker can absorb. Throughput of roughly 40,000 to 50,000 pieces per hour is achievable depending on cup type and channel count.

Choose this model when the forming output exceeds what a ten to thirteen channel frame can absorb, which in practice means a 750 or 850 cup machine. If your platform is a 660 or 720 and you have no plan to change it, the standard stacker is the more economical specification.
When forming output exceeds what a ten to thirteen channel frame can absorb, which in practice means the 750 and 850 cup machine platforms.
It is rated around 40,000 to 50,000 pieces per hour against roughly 30,000 to 40,000 for the standard stacker, with the exact figure set by cup type and channel count.
Yes. At increased belt speed a smaller motor struggles when the belt is fully loaded with cups, which shows up as stalling and inconsistent stacking.
It does. Alignment remains purely mechanical, so no air connection is needed and nothing is added to the plant’s air demand.
Up to about sixteen, because the frame is roughly 280 mm wider than the standard stacker.
Cup top diameter, height, mouth wall thickness, required stack height and the forming speed of the machine it will serve.
Yes. The 55 to 95 mm diameter and 55 to 170 mm height envelope is common to both stackers.
Yes, and that is the usual arrangement on an automated 750 or 850 line.
Give us the cup specification and the forming speed of the machine it will follow, and we will confirm the channel count and expected throughput. This unit is typically ordered alongside our cup making machines and ahead of an automatic counting and packing machine.

On a 750 or 850 platform this stacker works with a servo take-out robot upstream and a counting and packing machine downstream. The cup machines themselves belong to our cup making machine range, and where a packing machine is fitted the air supply is a 10HP PM VSD compressor.
