Once cups leave the mould they are light, loose and difficult to handle by hand at production speed. The VihoX automatic cup stacker collects them, aligns each one and builds them into tidy columns ready for counting and bagging. It is designed as the standard pairing for the VihoX-660 and VihoX-720 cup machines, driven by a single 1.5 kW motor with speed set by inverter.
Cups arrive along a series of rotating shafts, each set fitted with adjustable guide fins that ease the cup mouth into line. Because the fins are mechanical rather than pneumatic, the machine consumes no compressed air at all, which keeps running cost down and removes the need for an air connection at the stacker. Inverter control lets the operator match belt speed to the forming cycle, while photoelectric sensors confirm that cups are present and correctly seated before they enter a channel.
The frame carries between ten and thirteen stacking channels. That number is not arbitrary: wider cups occupy more lateral space, so a line producing large-diameter containers ends up with fewer channels than one running slim drinking cups. Cup top diameters from about 55 to 95 mm and heights from 55 to 170 mm are covered within the standard build, and the finished stack height is set by the operator rather than fixed by the machine. Output of roughly 30,000 to 40,000 pieces per hour is comfortably handled at this size.
This stacker is specified for the VihoX-660 and VihoX-720 class of cup machine. On the larger 750 and 850 platforms the high-speed version takes over, because the extra channels and heavier frame are needed to keep pace with higher forming speeds. In a fully automated arrangement the stacker is fed straight from a servo take-out robot and passes finished columns to a counting and packing machine, leaving no step at which cups are handled manually.

This model is the right choice while forming output stays inside what a ten to thirteen channel frame can absorb. If your cup machine is a 750 or 850, or if you plan to raise forming speed later, specify the high-speed stacker from the outset rather than adding capacity in two steps.
It is specified for the VihoX-660 and VihoX-720 cup machines. The high-speed version covers the 750 and 850 platforms.
No. Alignment is mechanical and electrical only, so no air line is required and there is no air consumption to account for.
Each cup occupies more width across the frame, so fewer can run side by side within the same machine width.
Top diameters of roughly 55 to 95 mm and heights of 55 to 170 mm within the standard build.
Yes. The finished stack height is adjustable so it can be matched to your counting and bagging arrangement.
Through inverter control, adjusted so the stacker follows the forming machine’s output instead of running at a fixed rate.
Photoelectric sensors check presence and position, so a cup that is not correctly seated is not released into the channel.
Yes, and that is the normal layout. The robot places cups onto the stacker, removing manual transfer from the line entirely.
Tell us your cup top diameter, height and required stack height, and we will confirm the channel count and output for your product. This stacker pairs with our plastic cup making machines and can be combined with a servo take-out robot for a fully automatic line.

This frame hands over to the high-speed stacker on faster platforms and feeds directly into an automatic counting and packing machine. Upstream it takes cups from a servo take-out robot, and the whole arrangement is built around our cup making machines.
